According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, in the first 5 months of 2012, exports of goods from Vietnam to this market at about 7.33 billion U.S. dollars, up 18.03% compared with the same period in 2011. 2011, exports to the United States in Vietnam earned U.S. $ 16.7 billion, accounting for 17.4% of total export turnover.
