The process of producing coconut shell charcoal

Today, the term Activated charcoal has become quite popular in the society. Everyone more or less knows somewhat about the use of Activated Carbon. Currently, in Vietnam, we have the coconut shell Activated Carbon production in Ben Tre, applications for many different areas such as water filters, filter yellow, color removal, waste water treatment, gas treatment toxic and more applications in other important areas.
 The manufacturing process Activated Carbon coconut shells as follows:

Byproduct of this process is crushed coconut shell charcoal 6x12, 8x20 and coconut shell charcoal powder.

 4 activation coconut shell charcoal: charcoal coconut shell sizes 3x6, 4x8 loaded into the giant rotating furnace. Oven temperature at 950OC. At high temperatures, the carbon component of coconut shell charcoal chemical reaction with water vapor and other chemicals in the rotary kiln, creating a lot of voids inside the coconut shell charcoal, forming a new product known as coconut shell activated carbon.

 Thus, the difference between coconut shell charcoal and coconut shell Activated Carbon: coconut shell charcoal is no longer pore backwards coconut shell activated carbon with numerous voids inside. It also demonstrates a great ability to absorb the Activated Carbon. Coconut shell charcoal is the only input to produce coconut shell activated carbon.
