Sesame oil and rice bran oil to help lower blood pressure

A new study shows that a mixture of sesame oil and rice bran oil seems particularly well help reduce blood pressure.
The scientists at Fukuoka University Hospital in Chikushino, Japan conducted a study of 300 people with high blood pressure, mild to moderate.

They found that those who cook with sesame oil mixture and rice bran oil will particularly benefit from the significantly lower blood pressure and improve cholesterol levels.


2 mixed oils are also effective as a commonly prescribed drug for the treatment of hypertension.
Dr. Devarajan Sankar at Fukuoka University concluded sesame oil and rice bran oil contains saturated fat, improves cholesterol levels. Moreover, it can also help reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and is a great alternative to oils and unhealthy fats in your diet daily.
