Talapia, a fresh water fish that originates, inhabiting shallow streams, ponds, rivers and lakes, and less commonly found living in brackish water.
Texture
The texture of fish skin leather is soft and smooth. There is no "scaly" feeling, as the fish scales have fallen off in the tanning process - only the unique pattern remains.
Measurement
Tilapia blankets measure 100 cm (39 3/8 inches) long and 60 cm 23 5/8 inches wide.
