Nguyen Duc Thanh - The Association President VN (Vinacas) said that since early this year, the export volume reached 192,000 tons, turnover of 1.12 billion USD.

 

Expected end of this year, the industry will export 250,000 tons, turnover could reach $ 1.8 billion "($ 400 million increase compared to 2012). Mr Thanh said, the rate of deep processing is growing stronger, more profitable.

 

Specifically, the companies have been exporting processed cashew nut shell oil 60,000 tonnes and 10,000 tonnes of deep processing to direct selling in supermarkets, large department stores in many developed countries like the U.S. and Europe.
